Preferred experience includes:
High Volume Recruiting Management in a professional environment
Experience with:
Employment branding and advertising
Leadership of multiple recruiters responsible for sourcing, screening, interview scheduling/coordination and debriefs
Relationship Management with Operational Business Partners
Experience recruiting within: Insurance, Investments, Finance/Accounting, Legal, Pharmaceuticals or Information Technology Fields.
